The view from my room was stunning, I could see the harbor from the tall bushes by the property. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown Bar Harbor. The staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The hotel facilities, including the pool, spa, and boutique, were excellent. The breakfast at the Looking Glass Restaurant was delicious and offered a beautiful view.

The views were fantastic, perfect for sipping my morning tea. Loved the comfy bed and the Keurig for my caffeine fix. Also, impressed with the location and the size of the room.

Oh, how I longed for a delicious breakfast instead of scavenging for food elsewhere. Such a shame.

View from the deck wasn't great.

My spouse and I recently stayed at a hotel in Bar Harbor for a few days to explore Acadia National Park. The location of the hotel was amazing, just a minute away from downtown and close to two park entrances. The property itself was beautiful, and we loved that they were dog friendly. Our room, although a bit outdated, had spacious accommodations and even had a small terrace with great views. The staff were friendly, especially Jen at the front desk. We also enjoyed the restaurant on-site, which had a fantastic lookout point. the hotel provided great value for its proximity to both town and the park.

I do recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the inn! The spacious room with comfortable king-sized beds was perfect for our family. The breathtaking balcony view was a highlight, and we enjoyed spending time by the outdoor pool. The shuttle service was convenient, and the staff even gave us a golf cart ride to our room when we returned late with tired children. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

Excellent views, spacious rooms, pet-friendly. The pool is great, and the staff is always helpful. Despite a minor inconvenience with the entrance, the overall experience was amazing. The clean rooms and value for money make this a recommended choice. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at the Wonder View Inn for a weekend getaway. The bay view from our beautiful room was stunning, with ships coming in. The balcony was a nice touch. The room had a clean and comfortable retro feel. Actual keys were a nice change from key cards. The staff was helpful and friendly. The heated pool and spa were a great addition. Appreciated the staff's positive attitudes. Exceeded expectations as a dog-friendly hotel, with spotless rooms and comfy beds. Nice towels and a big flat-screen TV. Staff provided a water bowl and treats for our pup. Would definitely return!

The value for our money was great and the room was clean and well-equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, and a safe. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk to the main area of town but still quiet and peaceful. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests we had.

What a wonderful experience at this tucked-away gem in the woods! My partner and I stayed at this charming inn for our anniversary trip, and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The front desk staff, especially Jen, was exceptional and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also appreciated being able to use the facilities at Blue Nose and enjoyed the lookout at the Looking Glass restaurant. The room was spacious and had a small terrace with great views. The convenience of the Island Explorer stopping right at the hotel was a plus as well.

Convenient parking, spacious and clean rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, and a lovely little balcony with chairs. Coffee maker and fridge provided. Enjoyed the beautiful views from the upper courtyard rooms. Looking Glass restaurant serves good food with a scenic view. Free shuttle stop to downtown and Acadia.

We found the staff to be helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The continental breakfast provided was average but enjoyable. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to all of the attractions in the area. We also appreciated the promptness of the staff in addressing any concerns or issues that we had.

The rooms were old, musty, and small, with broken door locks and uncomfortable furniture. The outside decks were weather-worn and unpainted, lacking a table for drinks.

As a couple, we loved the upgraded room on the 3rd floor with a stunning view of Frenchman Bay. The staff, especially Margret, were incredibly accommodating. The short walk to town allowed us to enjoy the beautiful architecture on West St. The restaurants were well-organized and reservations were encouraged. The fire pit and patio deck overlooking the bay at the inn were a hidden gem.

Felt truly spoilt, no reason to complain.
