Honestly, the only hiccup was a leaky roof in the lobby, which wasn't a big deal, but could use some fixing up.

I stayed at a spot with a river view; lots to do nearby! Room gave me all I needed, even had a balcony for sipping my tea. Pools were a hit for relaxing with my fiancée. Venue's perfect for a big gathering; we might host our wedding here! From my balcony, I spotted the Smoky Mountains! Can you believe it, the hotel's got a trolley stop - saved us loads on transport. Plus, free WiFi - bonus! Cheers to a top spot for any travel group.

The location to downtown was great, but the uphill walk back was tough. The trolley helped, but stopping at 11:30 meant late nights meant a walk back. The indoor pool was busy with kids, so we enjoyed the outdoor pool instead. The hotel was well-maintained, with a nice lobby and outdoor area by the creek. However, the room had outdated hardware, dim lighting, and a gas smell from the fireplace. Staff were kind, but the gas smell made us leave, and changing our reservation was difficult with unresponsive management. Overall, a mixed experience that could be improved.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, promptly addressing issues with our room and check-in process. However, the hotel needs to improve maintenance, particularly regarding cleanliness, ventilation, and pool upkeep. Despite the positive interactions with staff, the overall experience was impacted by these maintenance issues.

The location provided a picturesque view of the Smokey mountains, which was a definite highlight. Although the pool area was a bit chilly during our visit in February, we could see how it would be enjoyable in the summer months. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor drawbacks that did not hinder our enjoyment.

I stayed at a lovely hotel, great for outdoor activities. The renovated rooms were spacious and had updated amenities. The event spaces were fantastic for gatherings. The family-friendly amenities were a bonus.

Oh, and who doesn't love a room with black feet from dirty floors, filthy mattress protectors, and hair everywhere? The tiny bathroom with no vent and a faulty latch was just the cherry on top.
