The bathroom was a nightmare—tiny and uncomfortable. The tub had a slippery surface, causing my daughter to nearly fall. Plus, the shower head sprayed everywhere, leaving the floor drenched. It really ruined our stay. Super frustrating!

Location is perfect for hiking and ski access. The room felt outdated and could use some TLC.

Poolside access was fantastic, view was great despite some humidity in the room.

Comfortable beds, comfortable staff with wonderful service during our stay, especially from John at the front desk who was amazing and helpful.

Location is fantastic! Super close to downtown, easy walk or take the free trolley. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. Rooms are comfy with nice amenities like air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Loved the pool area and the hot tub! Everything was clean and well-kept. Great variety of restaurants nearby.

The indoor swimming pool was such a blast! I loved lounging by the seasonal outdoor pool, soaking up the sun. Plus, the on-site restaurant made dining super convenient after a long day of exploring!

Great location and pool experience

Glenstone Lodge offers an excellent pool area, perfect for families with kids who love water activities. The lodge is conveniently situated near downtown, allowing easy access to attractions while avoiding heavy foot traffic. the restroom setup was quite cramped, and privacy could be improved with better window coverings.

Upon arrival, we had to switch rooms due to outdated accommodations. The second room was better but still lacked the quality found elsewhere. The vending machine near our room was inoperative, and only cash options were available. When I provided feedback, one staff member was accommodating; another became defensive. The lobby had water leaking, an unwelcoming sight. The pool area looked inviting but was overcrowded, and the water was too cold. Breakfast was disappointing — greasy bacon and powdered eggs were unappetizing. We encountered cleanliness issues, such as roaches. Parking was insufficient, especially for handicapped guests. There’s potential here, but significant upgrades and attention to detail are necessary.

Perfectly Positioned for Exploring All the Fun in Gatlinburg

The hotel is just a short stroll to the main strip, making it super convenient to check out attractions like Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, and I loved relaxing by the beautiful pool, with clean and spacious rooms providing plenty of comfort after our daily adventures, though the vending machines could've worked better to keep us refreshed.

The outdoor pool is a blast and perfect for family fun. The lobby has cozy seating and it's a quick walk to all the action.

Some rooms and bathrooms could use a refresh.

We hit up the rad Ripley's Aquarium and explored the awesome downtown scene. The hotel was super vibey, with cool hangout spots and chill vibes, perfect for young peeps. Plus, the indoor pool was lit for late-night swims.

More rad party activities at night would take this vacay to the next level for us teens! .
