I absolutely loved my stay at this cute and modern hotel, which was just a couple of miles from the breathtaking Blue Ridge Parkway, meaning I could easily embrace nature right after breakfast with a delicious pancake machine; in addition, all the Asheville attractions, including the Asheville Art Museum and the Western North Carolina Nature Center, were close by—most within a short walk or a quick drive—making my weekend exploration so convenient. The amenities were top-notch, with clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff, though the noise from the floors above me was a little disruptive in the early mornings.

Super cute hotel with awesome decor. Rooms are spacious and super clean with amenities like air conditioning, coffee machine, and free toiletries. The fitness centre is a nice touch. Staff is friendly and the pancake machine at breakfast is a hit, especially for kids. Great location near the blue ridge parkway.

The noise levels were a problem; both traffic outside and an annoying humming kept us up at night. Conveniently located near shops and activities, the hotel has a lovely lobby and a heated pool that the kids enjoyed. Just wish it wasn’t so noisy and that the service was more responsive.

The staff was friendly and helpful, quickly resolving an issue my travel companions had with their room. there were some downsides. The bed was a bit too firm for my liking, and the square pillows were not very comfortable. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection, but the food quality was disappointing - watery eggs, stale muffins, and pancakes that stuck to the paper plate. The coffee, though, was a saving grace. The location of the hotel was a bit lackluster, with not much of interest in the immediate area. The noise from the room above us was bothersome at times, sounding like furniture was being moved. The breakfast was overly salty, making it nearly inedible. Despite these issues, I appreciated the effort put into the room design and the friendly staff. I would consider staying at Glo again, but I hope they can address the food quality and noise concerns next time.
