Man, being right on the beach was dope! Had brekkie on the deck with the sound of waves crashing—lekker! Room was chill too, comfy bed and full kitchen made it easy to whip up some snacks. Plus, had all our beach stuff sorted, like chairs and towels—so handy!

Just a heads up, area could get a bit noisy at night but nothing too crazy.

The Golden Sand Oceanfront is in a perfect location, with stunning ocean views and easy beach access. Our Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was comfortable and came with essentials like a microwave and refrigerator. Having our own parking spot for just $20/day was super handy. Communication via text was smooth, and it felt cozy despite the minimal staff presence.

The freezer in the fridge was covered in frost. a headache for ice storage!!! Room key system could use an upgrade. a magnetic or keypad entry would be more convenient!!! A longer flight of stairs to entrance could be improved for luggage handling!!!

Oh, the crêpes at Café del Sol were a delight! Whipped up to perfection and made my mornings magical. Plus, the outdoor patio area was wonderful with stunning views of the boardwalk and beach—such a cozy spot! Tony and Maritza made everything feel welcoming.

The entrance was a trek with heavy bags, especially when I found a locked door with no one around. Getting in touch was a challenge without cell service. That small, dated room felt like a cozy cubby, but it still had its charm!

the hotel was absolutely dismal, with peeling paint and a moldy smell that was definitely not masked well. no cleaning for a week? unheard of. and i received zero special treatment despite being a guest for a whole week—do they not appreciate loyalty? i almost thought of giving a good review, but nope, just couldn’t.

Had an awesome stay with friends! We hit up the nearby beach and loved the chill vibes at the local coffee shop. The place was neat and simple. Parking was just $20 a day, and the value was on point. Definitely grab beach chairs and umbrellas—they made our days so much easier!
