During my transit in Sacramento, I found the location of Governor's Inn Hotel to be extremely convenient, with the city just 20 km away. The proximity to the train station and Old Town Sacramento made it easy to explore the city during my short stay.

While the hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, there was a noticeable odor of marijuana on the second floor. Although it did not affect my stay directly, it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise pleasant experience.

I keep returning for trips. The staff gave taxi tips on first stay, it stuck with me. Perfect spot with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, and a fitness center. The outdoor swimming pool is a plus. With a flat-screen TV, fridge, and express check-in, it suits me perfectly.

The hotel's warm and cozy decor made me feel right at home, and the spacious and well-maintained common areas were perfect for relaxed strolls. The easy accessibility with minimal stairs made it a breeze for senior folks like me to move around comfortably.

I wish the hotel could offer more seniors-friendly activities and services.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The attention to detail was evident, from the well-kept common areas to the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's location, although not in the best area of the city, was conveniently close to downtown and the airport. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices and breakfast included. Speaking of breakfast, the selection was great, with scrambled eggs and meat options available, as well as waffles.

My stay at Governors Inn was wonderful! We stayed for 3 nights for a weekend event and the staff made us feel so welcome. They even gave us a free late check out until noon, which was perfect since we knew we would be out late. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet for a Friday night. The hotel is conveniently located right off the freeway, making it easy to get around. The continental breakfast was great, with friendly staff starting to set up even earlier than the scheduled time. The hot tub was a nice bonus, clean and warm for a relaxing dip. a fantastic experience at a hotel that looks brand new after 30 years of operation!

The rooms were not your typical hotel rooms; they resembled luxurious rooms you would find in someone's home. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and we appreciated the comfort and quietness it offered. Additionally, the staff was incredibly genuine and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate us. We were able to check-in an hour earlier than the designated time, thanks to their efficiency. The location of this hotel was also perfect. It was very close to the airport, taking us only 15 minutes to reach it in the morning. We also loved that it was within walking distance of a beautiful park.

The breakfast had a great variety of options, including the make your own waffles which our children loved. The overall vibe was good, with plenty of parking and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable and the lobby was nicely decorated for Christmas.
