The Graduate in downtown Palo Alto offers lovely, unique design. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. Great location for Stanford visitors, with free bikes, and a short walk to transportation and attractions. the attention to detail and free parking nearby are definite pluses.

Returning for Easter! Staff helped me retrieve lost documents. Place has everything - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Bar, and no smoking. Perfect place for my needs: comfortable, reliable. Always a great stay, no regrets. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay.

The quirky key cards featuring celebrities' alma maters and the attentive staff added a fun touch to our stay. the hotel's prime location on University Ave allowed for easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation. the complimentary bikes were a fantastic way to explore the area.

The thin walls and noisy neighbors made it impossible to get any rest. the disruptions from construction and neighboring guests engaging in loud activities throughout the night kept me up.

It was a thoughtful gesture that made our stay memorable. the downtown location allowed for easy access to parking, dining, and shopping. Despite minor dustiness in the room, the overall experience was lovely.

During Thanksgiving, we stayed at a hotel downtown, and the location could not be better. It was right in the middle of all the cute shops and restaurants in the heart of the city. the hotel provided us with bikes for free, which was great because we could explore the area easily. the staff was also very attentive, and they left us a lovely card in our room.

We were not satisfied with the room's condition. the windows were not air-tight, and there was wind coming in, which made the room cold, even with the heat on.

The hotel's location is ideal, being right in the heart of downtown. You'll find plenty of great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Plus, it's conveniently located near Caltrain and a free shuttle to Stanford. The staff is friendly and attentive, even going the extra mile to bring cookies and well wishes. The design and attention to detail are top-notch, making for a beautiful and unique stay.
