A beautiful oasis in the heart of the city

Loved the gorgeous decor and comfy beds! The indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, and the location is smack dab in downtown. The staff was super friendly, especially at the concierge. It did take some time for the room to be cleaned, which was a bit of a bummer. more variety on room service would be cool!

This hotel has it all! The central location is perfect for exploring the city, while the luxurious facilities make it an ideal spot for a girls weekend or romantic getaway. The staff are attentive and the rooms offer stunning views of the mountains. Plus, the breakfast and attention to detail are unbeatable.

This hotel is absolutely luxurious! the exclusive amenities are top-notch and really made my stay special. the spa center was impeccable, the massage I had there was among the best I've ever experienced. the outdoor heated swimming pool was just delightful to relax in. the room advantages were also a treat, with the in-room breakfast being particularly enjoyable. the location advantages were also a plus, as it is centrally located and only a short distance from many attractions. But what really set this hotel apart was the service, which was exceptional from start to finish.

The only minor issue was with the poolside snack bar. While the selection was decent, there could have been more savory options available, as it was mostly dominated by sweets and pastries.

The hotel had a great location, close to all the main attractions and within walking distance to downtown. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and beautiful views of the city.

One of the main downsides was the lack of a coffee maker and coffee in the room. It would have been nice to have the convenience of making a cup of coffee in the morning without having to go to the lobby or a nearby café.

I recently stayed at The Grand America Hotel for a week during my work relocation. The staff was welcoming and gracious, the rooms spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The grounds were beautiful, and the overall ambiance felt upscale yet understated. It truly felt like staying in a castle, as one little girl exclaimed upon entering the lobby. Couldn't recommend this hotel more!
