I recently stayed at The Pierre and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us like VIPs. The location is perfect, with everything we needed right on our doorstep. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with luxurious amenities. The service was exceptional, with attentive and friendly staff, especially Miriam who took care of our room service. I also loved the complimentary services, like the daily bottled water and impeccable laundry service. it was a truly special experience, and I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a great location just a few steps away from a famous park and close to 5th Avenue, which provides a wonderful view of the city. The staff is also very helpful and friendly, making everyone feel at home. In addition, the hotel offers a complimentary car service, which can come in handy if guests have to wait at an airport for 12 hours during a thunderstorm, as the hotel is conveniently located on an airport runway.

The hotel rooms could do with a renovation, according to some past guests.

We were amazed by the stunning views from our room. The sight of Central Park was absolutely breathtaking. The spacious bathroom with its luxurious shower added an extra touch of relaxation to our stay. The friendly elevator operators made each ride a delightful experience. Although the continental breakfast was a bit plain, the service provided was pleasant. we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Pierre, A Taj Hotel, and would definitely recommend it.

We can't rate this hotel highly enough. The gorgeous room was equipped with an excellent smart TV and a Bose radio for music. The location was perfect, right opposite the park and near all the smart 5th Avenue shops. The restaurant served excellent food. The staff provided welcoming and helpful service, assisting us with copying, faxing, and scanning documents for our apartment search. The housekeeping personnel were lovely and wonderful, offering exceptional service throughout our stay.
