I had an amazing time at this hotel! The beach and pool were clean and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and well-maintained. The location was perfect, with easy access to stores and restaurants within walking distance. The staff, especially Genesis, Bonath, and Carmen, were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home.

The only thing that could have been improved was the variety of food for breakfast.

the room was absolutely amazing! It was spacious, clean, and had a comfy king-size bed. The hotel itself had great facilities and was just a stone's throw away from the beautiful beach. It was also conveniently located for getting to other popular areas, like South Beach, with Uber. Lastly, the staff were very friendly and the basic amenities provided were top-notch. Oh, and did I mention breakfast was included? it was a great value for money experience.

grand beach hotel surfside west was a pleasant surprise after my previous stay in surfside. the easy access to stores and restaurants was a major plus, and the spacious room with multiple TVs and bathrooms made for a comfortable stay. the rooftop bar and beach service were great amenities that exceeded my expectations.

air conditioning issue

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Its location close to the CitiBike station on Collins Ave made it incredibly easy to explore the area. There were lots of restaurants and shops nearby, despite the fact that some areas were still under restoration. Best of all, the hotel was right on the ocean side of Collins Avenue, providing stunning views and easy access to the beach. The range of amenities was impressive, with everything from a spa and wellness centre to a swimming pool and sun terrace. The staff were all incredibly helpful and pleasant, and I enjoyed the many dining options including the bar and buffet breakfast.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to all.

The location of the hotel was also great, with key attractions and facilities nearby. One advantage that I enjoyed was the complimentary water provided on site.
