During our recent stay, we were impressed by the spacious and comfortable rooms at the Grand Hotel. The wall-sized windows provided a beautiful view and added to the overall spacious feeling. The room quality exceeded our expectations and even had a work desk, which was useful for catching up on emails. The shower was the best we have experienced in our travels. Despite a minor issue with the air conditioning, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and even offered us a room change. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from and the added bonus of having omelettes prepared to order. Although the omelettes could have been tastier, the overall breakfast experience was enjoyable. Given our positive experience, we would recommend this hotel to others without hesitation.

My weekend stay here was amazing! Check-in was a breeze, with friendly and helpful staff. the rooms were spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the best part was the pool. It was clean and just the right temperature, perfect for a refreshing swim. the hotel's location was also convenient, with nearby stores and restaurants. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

The only downside I found was that the ice machines were located inside the hotel, which meant having to walk around the pool to get ice. It would have been more convenient if the ice machines were placed near the pool area.

The hotel facilities were modern and new, and we especially loved the one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with an abundance of options including an excellent omelet station. The staff, particularly Patrick, the manager, were very helpful and friendly. The location was great, as we were close to local restaurants and everything we needed.

Loved the made-to-order omelettes and happy hour at the bar. The suite had a cozy fireplace and snacks provided. A nice touch was the omelette cook who made perfectly cooked omelettes. The bathrooms were spacious and accessible. a great stay for the whole family.

The breakfast was freshly cooked to order. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, although a bit dimly lit. Beds were comfortable, although on the softer side. The hotel handled a payment issue professionally and went above and beyond to provide a solution.

The location in a busy commercial area was perfect for exploring the city and accessing various attractions. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping taking care of all our needs. We also appreciated the convenience of the limousine service, shuttle service, and car service. The hotel amenities were excellent, with a well-equipped fitness center and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities like a flat-screen TV and air conditioning. The on-site dining options were fantastic, including a restaurant and a bar/lounge area, where we enjoyed delicious breakfasts and relaxed evenings. this place provided us with enhanced comfort and quality services.

This place needs to improve their customer service. They should be more attentive and compassionate towards guests' needs and concerns.

Grand Hotel in Sunnyvale offers fabulous bathtub and water pressure, along with a great view of palm trees. the beds are extremely comfortable, which is perfect after a week of traveling and a long trip. the hotel also provided a late checkout, which was nice as I arrived late at night and was tired. the room amenities are top-notch, with a convenient kitchen area that includes a microwave and full fridge. the front desk associates are always welcoming and friendly. the breakfast is awesome and conveniently delivered to your door. the hotel also has a cute boutique-like pool and hot tub, along with a happy hour from 5-6 pm with free appetizers and drinks. it's a pleasant place to stay.

The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable. The furnishings were ample and included a hide-a-bed couch, desk with reading light, and a large TV on a dresser. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and had a deep tub and shower. The breakfast options were delicious and varied, with made-to-order omelets and a selection of bread, cereal, fruit, and warm items like bacon and potatoes. The hotel staff, including the bellhop, was friendly and helpful.

The location of this hotel in Silicon Valley is perfect for exploring nearby cities. If driving south on El Camino, watch out for the Chick Fillet line in the right lane. The hotel is in a nice area and offers great service. The breakfast is delicious and the rooms are spacious with a clean bathroom. The villas come with a kitchen and have a balcony with a view of the heated pool.

The hotel lacks modern tech connectivity, but it does offer an iPhone docking station.

Our new favorite place! Tons of unique and special things about this hotel. Super huge, clean rooms, exceptional service, cool happy hour from 5-6, free filtered water, a great buffet breakfast. We went there for a concert and will definitely be back. It is also a great deal for the price. Super happy with this stay!
