We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to all the attractions in the French Quarter. The area was quiet and safe, so we could relax after a day of exploring. The staff was very helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The service was top-notch, and the room was clean and comfortable. We loved the cozy sitting area and the in-room amenities like the ironing facilities and mini-bar. The bed and bedding were so fluffy and comfortable, we had a great night's sleep. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay memorable.

The only downside we experienced was some staff pounding on our door at 8:30 am wanting to clean the room. However, this didn't overshadow our positive experience at all.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a block away from Bourbon Street! I loved being close to all the action without being directly on Bourbon Street itself. It was the perfect balance. The room was spacious and clean, with nice amenities like Aveda products in the bathroom. The hotel restaurant was also very good, offering a variety of delicious options. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is an amazing base to explore the town, the perfect location near the centre of everything, so convenient to both the business district and the hotspots of the city. The comfy room with a huge bathroom was spotlessly clean, the service impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious. With modern furniture and lovely decor, the hotel stands proudly as a historic yet beautifully restored building. The staff was always eager to help, and the gym was convenient too.

The beignets were a standout! Our room was clean and cool, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Despite being on the edge of the French Quarter, the concierge provided us with excellent information about public transportation, so we never had to use our car during our stay. It was a blessing to be away from the tourist crowd.

The hotel was clean and up to date. the staff, especially Yvette, Glenn, and Chris, were friendly and helpful. They provided us with a map and gave us great recommendations for things to do and see in the area. We also enjoyed the two tours that Yvette booked for us, they were spectacular.

There were a few negative aspects that affected our stay. the broken promise of having two queen beds in the room.

It was a blessing to be away from the noisy chaos of the French Quarter, yet still conveniently close.
