We stayed at Grandstay Residential Suites for a few nights and had a great experience. Our check-in was smooth, thanks to the friendly and detail-oriented staff. The 3rd-floor room was extremely quiet and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and easy access to the freeway. They even waived the pet fee and provided nice grassy areas for our furry friend. a welcoming and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at the Grandstay Residential Suites for a few nights. The location was great, close to shopping and my friend's house. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient, and I appreciated that they only cleaned my room once a week so I wasn't disturbed in the mornings. The water pressure in the shower was amazing! It felt like a relaxing massage after a long day. the two-bedroom layout with pocket doors was a great feature, allowing for privacy and no disturbance. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby attractions.

The walls were quite thin, and I could hear my neighbors' conversations at all hours of the day. This might be more of an issue with the neighbors than the hotel itself.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff was attentive and went above and beyond to cater to the guests' needs. The location was perfect, just a short drive away from downtown Rapid City and major tourist attractions. Additionally, there was ample parking available for guests, which made it convenient for those with cars. my experience was excellent, and I definitely plan on returning.

I recently stayed at Grandstay Residential Suites for a few nights during my trip. The location was perfect, and I really liked the setup of the room. It had a separate bedroom, a full kitchen with a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, and it even came with dishes and cookware. The staff was accommodating and assigned us a room close to the entrance like we requested. The common area was lovely and spacious, and I enjoyed the fact that the pool was open later for adults only. The breakfast had a good variety of hot items, and our room was large with a desk, couch, and two TVs.

During our recent city break, we stayed at a hotel that exceeded our expectations. the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, which made our stay much more enjoyable. we were pleased with the hotel's ideal location that allowed us to easily visit all of the attractions we had planned to see.

We loved staying here! The location couldn't have been better. This place is situated close to many stores, great restaurants, and attractions in all directions. We were surprised by how quiet it was despite being in a bustling area. The service was excellent! We took advantage of the dry cleaning, laundry, and shuttle service. The room amenities were fantastic, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area. The kitchen had everything we needed along with free toiletries and the flat-screen tv was a nice touch.

Highly recommend this venue.
