Our family had a great time at Great Wolf Lodge! We stayed for a week and enjoyed the clean facilities and excellent service. The grill restaurant served yummy food and the breakfast was great. The check-in process was hassle-free and the valet staff were friendly. The hotel really caters to children, with plenty of activities and a fantastic water park. But they also offer amenities for adults, including wine and cocktails. The kids loved the Magi Adventure and outdoor pool, and the reception staff were very responsive.

The lodge itself was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of fun-filled activities for the kids. The location was ideal, with convenient stores nearby for any last-minute needs. The desserts and snacks were delicious, and the overall experience left us satisfied.

We absolutely loved the convenience of the hotel layout. With everything in one place, from the pool to the dining options, it made our stay so convenient. The wristbands that served as door keys and electronic wallets were a fantastic feature. The kids had an amazing time at the waterpark, and the extra activities in the reception hall were a great bonus.

Comfortable bed, nice property, slightly expensive but enjoyable. Some staff had different answers, not the most customer service focused. Convenient location near Nickel Nickel Arcade, Target, and various restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, with super soft and clean white sheets. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with an excellent water park that both kids and adults will love. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast buffet had diverse offerings and was delicious. Plus, the location down at the gift shop was convenient for picking up souvenirs.

The hotel had a great location, close to Disney Resort and other attractions. the staff was friendly and efficient, providing good service. the rooms were clean and well-supplied with amenities. the lobby was impressive and there were plenty of activities for kids to enjoy. the food was delicious and the portions were generous. it was a pleasant experience.

It added a significant amount to my total bill and was not worth the amenities provided. the hotel was loud and crowded, making it difficult to relax after a day at the parks.

The water park at this hotel is a standout feature, with lots of slides, a wave pool, and a short lazy river. Guests can use the water park the day they arrive, even before their room is ready. Plus, there are bars outside of the water park area for the adults to enjoy.

The noise from the water temperature adjustment in the bathrooms can be loud and disturbing, as it seemed to be a common issue in multiple rooms.

Almost perfect.

Located in Southern California, this water park hotel offers an amazing atmosphere with warm and inviting rooms that include a low tub bathroom and good water pressure. The park itself provides life vests and water slides that even non-swimmers can enjoy. There are plenty of restaurants on-site and various food sources, making it easy to spend a whole day in the park.

The staff's behavior at the pool has been inconsistent and left customers feeling mistreated.

They were very accommodating when we arrived early and let us check in ahead of time. The room was clean and comfortable, and the water park was a hit with our kids. We had a blast on the slides and the life guards were attentive. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for families.
