Great location and friendly staff

I loved the location—super convenient to highways and places to eat. The beds were comfy, and the staff was really nice, especially the lady at the front desk. Breakfast was okay too. Just wish the room was cleaner; there were some issues with mold and a dirty toilet, which was kinda gross.

The Guesthouse Inn & Suites Lexington provided a comfortable stay with a well-equipped room. I appreciated the convenience of having a microwave and fridge in the room, making it easy for me to store and heat up food. The private bathroom was clean and spacious, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.

I did notice a strong musty smell in the room upon entering, despite its cleanliness. The mint scent used to mask it was a bit overpowering and didn't entirely solve the issue, which made the room feel a bit unpleasant.

The hotel's location made it easy for us to explore top destinations like the University of Kentucky, Rupp Arena®, and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. We also enjoyed spending time at the nearby Keeneland Race Course and Hamburg Pavilion. It was convenient for golfing and lessons, providing a delightful experience for the family.

In my wife's opinion, an indoor play area for kids would be a great addition for families with children.

The morning of checkout I informed the front desk of a late checkout because I had worked until 5 am and overslept. She said, "Please be sure to leave by 12." There was a knock at my door from housekeeping. The woman pointed toward the exit and said, "Get out." It wasn’t just my room either. She was going room to room and doing it. It was so rude and ridiculous.

The staff here takes customer service very seriously, always on shift and ready to assist with any needs we had. The housekeeping was excellent - our room was always clean and tidy, and the amenities provided, like the ironing facilities and in-room safe, were a nice touch. We also appreciated the free toiletries and the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The flat-screen TV and comfortable sitting area made it enjoyable to relax after a long day of exploring.

I recently stayed at Guesthouse Inn & Suites for a quick weekend getaway. The hotel is in a convenient location with easy access from the highway and a short drive to downtown. The room and bed were very clean, and the AC kept us nice and cool during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist with any issues we had, even though they were not directly related to the hotel. it was a wonderful experience and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I absolutely adored the elegant decor of the lobby and the beautifully decorated rooms at the hotel. It felt like stepping into a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The spacious layout and the presence of a full length mirror in the room were particularly convenient for me as a senior. Additionally, the lack of stairs or an elevator made the hotel very accessible for senior individuals like myself, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Easy access to University of Kentucky and Keeneland Race Course made our trip a blast. We even hit up Hamburg Pavilion for some shopping fun. The golfing activities around the area were on point for some good times.

The only thing that could make this spot better for some young fun would be a cool hangout spot or game room for teen crews like us.
