I recently stayed at Hampton Inn for a few nights to explore the area. The hotel's location is fantastic, with breathtaking views of the mountain. It's conveniently close to all the main attractions and downtown. The staff was incredibly friendly and took pride in their work. The housekeeping service was impeccable. The front desk manager was exceptionally helpful, offering great suggestions for sightseeing and dining options, even providing alternative routes when needed. The room was comfortable with amenities like a microwave and fridge. The complimentary breakfast spread was delicious every morning. a delightful stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn Chattanooga West/Lookout Mountain! The hotel is conveniently located near the I-24 and popular attractions, making it a great choice for both visitors and travelers passing through. We loved that there was a shopping mall just minutes away, with a Walmart and several restaurants. The indoor pool was a highlight, and the fresh mountain breeze added to the relaxing atmosphere. The guest service was outstanding, with Jade going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. She patiently helped us choose the perfect room and even surprised us with a thoughtful gesture of water and Chattanooga Moon Pies on our pillows. The hotel's proximity to Lookout Mountain provided a stunning view, especially with the natural tree growth accentuating its beauty. we highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and excellent guest service.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was only a short drive away from the city but still provided the peace and quiet we needed. The view from the hilltop was beautiful, and there was a lovely terrace where we could enjoy breakfast or coffee outside. The hotel was very clean and up-to-date, and the outdoor pool with its fountain and slide was a hit with kids and teenagers. The continental breakfast was also very good, and we enjoyed the free cookies in the afternoon. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we appreciated the late checkout they granted us due to bad weather. the hotel had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and was family-friendly.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was located in a prime area of Lookout Mountain, very close to the downtown area. This made it perfect for visiting Chattanooga without staying right in the downtown area. The hotel was clean and tidy, which was a great aspect. The staff were also very helpful and courteous, providing excellent service. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal for visiting tourist locations such as Rock City, Ruby Falls, and Raccoon Mountain caverns.

Great stay, great location! Beautiful surroundings, quiet atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff. The free room upgrade offered to my husband with a cane was really considerate. Check-out time until noon was a bonus. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we're in the area.

The breakfast selection was mainly cold items, which was convenient, but it would have been nice to have some hot options. Also, the toaster was a bit slow and a better knife would have been helpful for cutting bagels and English muffins.

One of the best aspects of our stay was the location of the hotel. It was conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to find and access. Additionally, the hotel offered great views of the surrounding area, which added to the overall experience. Another advantage was the variety offered at breakfast. The breakfast had a good variety of options and everything we tried was tasty. Lastly, the outdoor pool was a lot of fun, especially for our son. He loved sliding down the slide and we enjoyed relaxing by the poolside.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our stay. One downside was the need to sign in to the Wi-Fi everyday.

The customer service at Hampton Inn Chattanooga West/Lookout Mountain couldn't be better. We accidentally booked for the wrong dates, but the staff, like Ben, was so helpful and accommodating. They quickly rebooked us and even provided a rollaway cot for free. Ben went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel itself was clean and new, with great amenities like a spacious dining area and a washer and dryer. The location was convenient and the parking was easy. I had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again.

I stayed there to site see and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The second room I stayed in had a slightly less impressive shower head, but it was still nice. The location wasn't downtown, but getting around was easy. It was close to Ruby Falls, which was a plus. I was very pleased and would stay there again.

Hampton Inn was the best hotel in the area for families, offering a range of amenities in a clean and accessible environment.
