We loved the central location in the heart of the city, close to the Civic Centre and Union Square. It was very convenient for us as we needed to go there every day. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee and hot chocolate in the mornings. The staff, especially Patricia and Kyle, were helpful, courteous, and accommodating. The presence of someone in the lobby to answer our questions made us feel comfortable and taken care of.

Great value for money! This hotel had everything I needed for my trip. First of all, the location was really convenient - with easy access to the public transportation and many popular tourist spots. I was a bit concerned about the area being crowded and noisy, but it turned out to be no problem. Plus, even though I was in a busy street, my room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and they really paid attention to detail. I loved the little treats in my room, and the TV was easy to connect so I could watch Netflix. To top it off, breakfast was delicious.

The rooms are compact but very well designed, with all the necessary amenities and spotless bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the check-in process is easy and efficient. Plus, the breakfast is delicious and provides great fuel for a day of exploring.

Sadly, the area around the hotel can feel a bit unsafe at night due to a high number of homeless people and drug addicts.

As foreign tourists, we loved the modern, sparkling clean room with a great shower. The location was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and bicycle stations. The integration of our phone to the TV through Chromecast was a nice touch. The hotel also had a nice public working area downstairs and provided drinking water on every floor. The staff was kind and accommodating, and we appreciated the early check-in and the free coffee/hot chocolate/hot water in the club lounge.
