Conveniently located just off the interstate, making it easy to find and access. Spacious lobby with a TV and nice decorations, providing a comfortable area to relax. Friendly and efficient staff who provided fast service during check-in.

The phone system was difficult to navigate, leading to two instances of being lost in the automated system. the television in the room did not work, and despite being offered a new room, it was too late to pack up and move.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great breakfast, fast WiFi, dog-friendly amenities, quiet location off I-75.

The room was spotlessly clean and fresh-smelling, making me feel comfortable and relaxed throughout my stay. The modern and stylish design of the lobby impressed me as soon as I walked in. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the enclosed doggy park, it was a great space for my furry friend to stretch his legs.

This hotel is in a not-so-great area on Jacksonville Beach but it's convenient as it's close to several dining establishments and a few restaurants. The room is clean and new, and the staff is knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. The breakfast served is exceptional and has a lot of customization options.

The hotel has a few minor upkeep issues that may need to be rectified.

The staff was outstanding - they were so friendly, professional, and accommodating. The location was convenient, right off the highway, and close to a Mexican restaurant that stayed open late. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of having a tub/shower and two queen beds. Basic amenities were provided, and breakfast was included, which was a nice touch.

There was one minor aspect that could be improved, but overall, everything was fine.

My recent stay at Hampton Inn was comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly and genuinely cared about our comfort. Despite the hotel being filled with Hurricane Ian evacuees and recovery personnel, the staff went out of their way to be helpful during a very stressful time. The ease of finding the hotel and the efficient A/C in the room were additional perks. a great experience.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel. The location was also convenient, with a very good Mexican restaurant nearby that remained open later. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the room were sufficient, including a tub/shower and 2 queen beds. The fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus.

The room was clean, modern, and recently renovated with a comfortable bed, mini-fridge, and microwave. The hotel is conveniently located right off I-75 with plenty of places to eat nearby. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to provide excellent service.

The surrounding area is not very appealing, with run-down fast food chains and abandoned gas stations. While the hotel itself is great, it would be more suitable for a short stay rather than multiple days.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the rooms looked newly renovated. I also loved the country theme of this hotel, with cows and dairy-themed room numbers. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good variety of options, including delicious waffles and bacon. The hotel also had great connectivity features with USB outlets in the room. Additionally, the completely fenced-in dog area was a huge plus for letting my dog off-leash after a long day of traveling.
