Additionally, the complimentary breakfast provided a variety of tasty options to start our day off right.

Our experience was marred by a staff member, Sonia, who seemed flustered and made errors during check-in, resulting in an inconvenience with our credit card charges. It would be beneficial for her to receive more training to ensure a smoother guest experience in the future.
