The maid service was lacking and not up to par. There were cleanliness issues, such as dirty towels left in the bathroom and a lack of necessary amenities like a hairdryer and regular coffee.

Another plus is that there’s a great local cuisine restaurant next door. The rooms and bathroom are clean and updated, complete with a fridge and microwave. The staff is mostly friendly and informative, making for a pleasant experience. Breakfast includes quality selections and serving dishes that are always refilled. The fitness center is nice, and there’s even an indoor pool with handicap accessibility equipment.

Some of the front desk staff can be less than helpful, even blaming guests for their own mistakes.

The location in the south Denver metro area was perfect, close to a light train station and other attractions. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, location, and staff.
