The view from the hotel was amazing, with a beautiful skyline to enjoy. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. the location of the hotel was perfect and convenient for exploring the city.

There were some downsides to our stay. the room was not properly cleaned, as dirty towels were not replaced and empty beer bottles were left behind.

The staff were AMAZING!!! The breakfast was very good and satisfied our hunger. The dining area was well designed. We had a great view of the lift bridge, ships, and Bentlyville from our room. The room size was perfect for us as young holiday goers.

Felt fine, nothing too much trouble. The road accessing the property had huge potholes, but that's not the hotel's fault.

We had a clear sight of the harbor, and it was breathtaking. We enjoyed waking up to this incredible view every morning. The location of the hotel was also great, right on the pier overlooking the drawbridge. It was easy to get to and the sailboats winterized in the area added a nice touch. The hotel staff were fantastic and very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a spacious bathroom. The bed provided a great night's sleep, and we appreciated the large window, even though it was winter and freezing outside. The pool was a nice touch, warm and inviting. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like limited parking and no hot tub, we had a great stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The complimentary breakfast was delicious and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us as a family. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. The larger room we were given was perfect for our daughter who suffers from anxiety and sensory overload.

We had a water view and enjoyed the breakfast once, although it was a bit lukewarm when we got there. the workout room was good, and we used it a couple of times.

The pool water was cold, and unfortunately, they didn't let us know beforehand that the pool, weight room, and movie channels were closed. We expected better room service as we didn't even have any drinking glasses in the room, and we had to ask for towels and coffee.

Good breakfast options including eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt. Appreciated the milk, yogurt, and bananas available. Staff was helpful in providing a larger room to accommodate special needs. Went out of their way to return forgotten items. Convenient location for exploring nearby attractions.

The view of the harbor was incredible. We were pleasantly surprised by the front desk's prompt action when the girls had a parking issue. The bed was comfy and shower was spacious. we enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites and recommend it, despite a minor pricing issue.

We stayed at Fairfield Inn for two nights while visiting Bentleyville. The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our daughter's needs, providing a larger room that worked perfectly for her anxiety and sensory overload. They also promptly retrieved items we accidentally left behind, including a figurine that helps calm our daughter. The excellent service and compassion of the staff truly made our stay a relief and a positive experience. The comfortable bed and large window were also highlights, and we look forward to returning in the summer to enjoy the view.

The room itself was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, being just a short walk away from the bustling Canal Park area, but still offering a peaceful atmosphere due to its position on the harbor. The view from the hotel of the shipyard was unique and added to the overall charm of the place.

One small improvement that could be made is better soundproofing between rooms. Although the hotel was relatively new, I could occasionally hear murmuring voices and footsteps in the early morning hours.

I had a great stay at the Fairfield Inn. The 24-hour market was a pleasant surprise, allowing me to grab snacks whenever I needed them. The location was perfect, close to Canal Park but still away from the touristy hustle and bustle. My room had a stunning view overlooking the harbor, lift bridge, and hillside of Duluth. It was the perfect sight to unwind after a long day of traveling.

As someone with physical handicaps, I was impressed with the accessibility of the facilities and amenities. The hotel had ramps and elevators, making it easy for me to navigate. Additionally, the staff showed great understanding and provided a driver to assist with transportation when needed.

We felt like royalty during our stay, as the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Nothing was too much trouble for them.
