We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn. the complimentary shuttle service and nearby metro line were convenient amenities that we might take advantage of next time. the breakfast offerings were varied and delicious, a perfect way to start the day. the staff, especially the woman serving breakfast, was amazing and made us feel welcome and well taken care of. We would definitely come back just to see her again!

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Minneapolis for a week-long business trip. The hotel's location was perfect, with the train station right across the street and a free shuttle service to the nearby UM campus. The staff, including Mike whom I knew from a previous stay, were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and provided a much-needed retreat after long days of work. I also appreciated the free amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and parking. this was my best Hampton Inn experience.

Staff is friendly and welcoming, making guests feel comfortable. Clean and beautiful interior. Parking can be limited if arriving late.

During my recent stay at Hampton Inn, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by Jacob. He went above and beyond to ensure our arrival was smooth and even provided detailed directions from the airport. The room itself was clean and comfortable, allowing us to relax after a long journey. The staff at Hampton Inn was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They even sent flowers to our room to celebrate our special occasion, which was a lovely touch. The location of the hotel was perfect, being close to the University of Minnesota and right next to the light rail, making it easy to explore both downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. The breakfast provided at the hotel was also quite good. I would definitely recommend Hampton Inn for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Two of the things we loved most were the comfortable and clean rooms, complete with a spacious bathroom. It was such a relief to have a nice bed to sleep in after a long day exploring the city. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect as it was right across the street from a train station, making it easy for us to get around Minneapolis. One more thing we really appreciated was the complimentary continental breakfast each morning - a great way to start our day!

One aspect we found disappointing was the lack of information displayed about the gluten-free options at breakfast. As someone with gluten intolerance, it would have been helpful to have this information readily available.

This hotel offers great facilities such as free Wi-Fi, laundry/detergent, and parking. The train station is located across the street and they offer a free shuttle service to and from the UM campus. The breakfast staff and housekeeping are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with comfortable bedding and furniture, and the bathrooms have great water pressure.

The parking situation is difficult and not well explained, which can lead to issues with valet.
