Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. The location is convenient, being close to Centre College and a movie theater. The complimentary breakfast is good and there are plenty of channel options on the television.

The coffee and coffee dispenser are not to my liking, as it only delivers one cup at a time. Also, there isn't much else to do or see in the immediate area around the hotel.

The lobby was nicely decorated and updated. The water, coffee, and cookies provided in the lobby were a nice touch. The pool looked very inviting and well-maintained. The room had plenty of plugs and USB plugs near the nightstand, making it convenient to charge phones and iPads. The front desk attendant was very friendly and welcoming.

We experienced some issues during our stay. After housekeeping came, we didn't receive a bath mat or enough towels, although the staff was accommodating when we asked for them.

The hotel was in a great location, close to conveniences but quiet. The room was equipped with good lighting and AC outlets for device charging. The breakfast had several good selections. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a clean and safe feeling. However, there were a few areas that could be improved.

There was a noticeable gas smell in the hotel that was unpleasant, although understandable.

During my recent stay at Comfort Suites, I had a fantastic experience. The customer service was exceptional, with the front desk staff going above and beyond. The young trainee, Denzel, was incredibly friendly and offered helpful suggestions throughout our stay. Furthermore, the hotel staff found a fan for us to use, as we had forgotten ours. The level of cleanliness at Comfort Suites was outstanding, and I appreciated the attention to detail.

It's also very close to the event we attended, making our stay even more convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious with a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was perfect for my Christmas getaway, as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. The room was spacious and well-designed, allowing me to spread out and relax during my stay. I also enjoyed the breakfast options, with a variety of delicious choices to start my day.

One aspect I didn't like was the lack of attention to detail in the cleaning service. While the room was generally clean, I noticed that the cleaning crew didn't vacuum or clean the shower during my two-night stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room looked and smelled clean, which was a big plus. The staff, especially the guys on the second and third shift, were exceptional. They went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. The hotel is conveniently located in the Danville area, close to many conveniences, yet it remains quiet and peaceful. Additionally, it's very close to the event I attended, making it extremely convenient.
