My trip to Atlanta was made even better by my stay at Hampton Inn. The hotel's prime location made it convenient for all my needs. The hot breakfast, cleanliness, and amazing staff were definitely highlights for me. The room provided maximum comfort and privacy, with easy check-in and the option to social distance. The parking garage and individualized cup covers were nice touches that added to the overall positive experience.

The service provided by staff is excellent with great attention to detail. The rooms with 2 queen beds are spacious and come with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast is also included in the rate and offers a nice variety.

The location was excellent, with a short walk to various stores, restaurants, and even a movie theater. The ample breakfast provided a great start to our day. We also appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator and microwave in our room, as well as the comfortable temperature and clean bathroom. Additionally, the parking garage was a bonus, and we loved the thoughtful touches like individualized cup covers and the hangers/clothing area in the back of the room.

The parking situation was a bit frustrating. The hotel's lot was full, possibly due to non-guests taking up spots. It would have been helpful if there had been someone monitoring the entrance to ensure only guests were parking. Additionally, there were some unpleasant smells in the room, and we noticed mold on the ceiling. The humidity in the room made everything feel damp, including the carpet, blankets, and towels. We also had an unsettling experience with someone knocking on our door multiple times, which made us feel unsafe. Lastly, there seemed to be a lack of communication between staff members, as we were initially told we could stay until 2pm on our check-out day but were later kicked out by the cleaning staff, leaving us unable to shower before our long journey home. The pool was also not properly maintained and lacked seating space.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Buckhead area, which was perfect for us as it was close to everything we needed. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including a Kroger, Starbucks, Chipotle, and Scoville Chicken. We also appreciated being close to Lennox mall for some shopping. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the service was good. We enjoyed the breakfast options and the fact that everything was fresh.

There were some noise issues that hindered our sleep. We were disturbed by traffic noises from the road outside, as well as a noisy car or motorcycle parked in the hotel parking area that woke us up at 3:15 am.
