As foreign tourists, we loved the welcoming and helpful staff. The continental breakfast was impressive, with continuously restocked options. The pool was fun and had great hours. The hotel provided us with extra pillows, blankets, and a crib for our baby without any hassle. The location was convenient, with easy access to the highway.

Staff went above and beyond to make our stay mind-blowingly enjoyable. From the super friendly front desk staff to the helpful breakfast attendant, we felt welcomed and cared for. The kids loved the indoor swimming pool, and even though there was no hot tub, they had a blast. The nearby fabulous restaurant connected to the hotel was a major plus, and the location was perfect for visiting the State of Maine Museum. The little hospitality bag for the grandkids was a jaw-dropping surprise. Can't wait to go back!

They especially loved the little hospitality bag they received. everything was spot on - the food, the pool, the cleanliness, and the amazing staff.

We loved our stay at the Hampton Inn in Augusta. The staff was awesome and made us feel right at home. The pool was perfect for our grandkids and they had a blast. The location was convenient, with a great restaurant right next door and the State of Maine Museum nearby. The breakfast had all the usual Hampton fare, but the staff kept everything stocked and the coffee was always fresh. a great stay for us old folks.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn Augusta. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. One particular highlight was when we mentioned that our son has dietary restrictions. The attendant at breakfast was more than accommodating, providing gluten-free options and making our son feel included. It was such a thoughtful gesture.

Although there were a couple of minor drawbacks mentioned in the reviews, such as the lack of a safe in the room and the room being a bit small for larger parties, we personally did not encounter these issues during our stay.
