The television selection and internet service were both excellent. Despite being in town for a busy event, the floor was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The check-in process was smooth, with friendly and competent staff. Although I didn't try the complimentary breakfast, everything else about my stay was fantastic. I was very happy with my experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it.

The pancake machine was a unique touch that the grandkids and I enjoyed watching. They also had a good range of options like biscuits and gravy, rolls, fruit, yogurt, and cereal. The hotel's proximity to the mall was convenient for us.

The breakfast staff was great and the breakfast itself was very good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was very comfortable. The management was outstanding and went above and beyond by mailing back some clothes we left in the dryer. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express.
