The staff were friendly and helpful. the bartender was great! the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. the internet connection was excellent for both work and leisure. the shared cafe and seating area downstairs were a nice bonus. the hotel has a convenient location in Shoreditch.

Some things didn't work properly, and the staff seemed unaware of it. the room was smaller than expected, and it felt like a Japanese business hotel.

Smart use of space, comfortable bed and towels, easy control with tablet, friendly staff, great location, modern decor.

When it comes to choosing hotels to stay at, Citizenm is a perfect choice for travelers who seek a peaceful, restful and comfortable environment. Although the hotel is located a little far from the next tube station, there is a direct bus to St Pancras International around the corner that makes it easy to get around. The neighborhood of Spitalfields market is really nice too. The room is modern with a tablet panel to control everything, the bed is really comfortable, and the shower and cosmetics are great. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Breakfast is quick and efficient. Speaking of downsides, the size of the sink is a little inconvenient, and the price is a bit high compared to other hotels.
