During my stay, I felt quite disappointed with the level of service. Housekeeping was notably absent, making my room feel neglected, and I had to hunt down the housekeeper for basics like toilet paper. Additionally, the lack of friendly interaction with the front desk staff made finding city transport options frustrating, impacting my overall experience.

The breakfast was solid, but my room was right by the train tracks—busy as with noise all night! Chur to the friendly staff though, they were choice!

Consider using the nearby Lechmere T station for easy access to downtown Boston, avoiding parking hassles. Free parking is a rare perk in this area.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and a friendly staff made my stay enjoyable. I particularly appreciated the ample breakfast options such as the delicious maple smoked sausage and the fitness center that allowed me to maintain my routine while being just a short stroll from the Lechmere T station for easy access to downtown attractions.

The garage is a nightmare!!! Very tight spaces, difficult to maneuver, and not suitable for larger vehicles!!! Rooms missing basic amenities like mini-fridges!!!

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Green Line train, making it easy to get downtown. Breakfast offers a hearty selection each day, perfect for fueling up before exploring. However, the gym was smaller than expected, which may not suit everyone’s workout needs. While parking is available, the garage spaces can feel quite cramped.
