Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, with large bottles of top-quality body care products, and a convenient breakfast bar featuring a unique pancake machine that delighted my kids, all located just a short drive from the airport.

Exceeded expectations

Savannah stole my heart with its vibrant markets and culinary gems! The breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, featuring a pancake machine that whipped up fluffy treats. And let’s not overlook the coffee, available around the clock to fuel my adventures!

However, we hit a snag when the desk staff insisted our beds couldn’t be made due to company policy, even with my daughter's beloved stuffed animals on them. Not to mention, I had to ask twice for the bathroom to be cleaned and the cold faucet in the sink was a letdown.

I appreciate the accessibility features here, especially the hearing-accessible room with great amenities. The staff is genuinely welcoming, and the breakfast options, like the interactive pancake machine, are notably fun and delicious. Plus, the location is perfect for exploring local attractions without feeling overwhelmed.

At times, I noticed some noise disturbances from the nearby restaurant late at night.

I am outraged about the lack of cleanliness upon arrival—my room was dirty, and towels weren't changed without asking. To add to the frustration, a staff member attempted to enter my room without knocking early one morning. Furthermore, breakfast options were subpar, and the ice machine was broken, which was very inconvenient during my stay. The noise from the hallways and nearby restaurant also kept me up at night.

The lobby has a vibrant and colorful décor that makes it feel welcoming right off the bat. I enjoyed the well-stocked and contemporary gym, which had everything I needed for a quick workout.

The noise was an issue during my stay. the late-night music from the nearby restaurant rattled the windows well into the early hours, making it hard to catch some Z's. Room cleanliness was lacking as well, with reports of hair in the shower and an uninviting general state upon check-in. I also encountered difficulties with the air conditioning unit, which could use a refresh or at least a good cleaning to function properly. Lastly, the absence of microwaves in rooms was an inconvenience, requiring trips to communal areas to heat up food.

the staff here are super nice and helpful, like they know me every time i come! the shower pressure is really good and the location is just perfect for everything i wanted to do in savannah. i liked the colorful vibe of the hotel too, it makes u feel happy. plus there is 24/7 coffee and tea avail which is a nice touch. the bed and pillows are really comfy!

but the noise from upstairs was super annoying and i wish there was more storage in the room. also, the ADA bathroom design was pretty bad and didn’t work well for me.

Bright rooms, welcoming staff, with amazing large bottles of body care products that smell incredible, and a fun breakfast bar where kids can make their own pancakes, also conveniently located just a short drive from the nearest airport.

Everything met my expectations.
