I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Brockport for a college visit with my daughter. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even allowing us to check in early. They made us feel welcome and at home. The lounge area with the island was a great place to relax, and the breakfast, especially the coffee, was delicious. The hotel was clean, and the location was convenient for our needs.

The breakfast was decent, with hot food being lukewarm. However, considering other hotels, it was acceptable. The proximity to a grocery store, CVS, and Walmart was convenient. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the fitness room was spacious and spotless. Coffee and tea were available all day, and the indoor pool was a bonus. The bed covers were fantastic.

Great location, just minutes away from the college and a short drive to Rochester. the staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the room was spacious and comfortable, with a roomy shower and plenty of hot water. the business center was a great convenience, allowing me to get work done and print my boarding passes easily. a wonderful stay with exceptional staff.

There were some small issues, like the lack of enough towels for two occupants. However, the staff quickly attended to our needs and even left a cute elephant made of towels on our bed.
