I stayed at Hampton Inn for easy access to Madison and nearby shopping/restaurants. The location next to the highway was perfect for my needs. The hotel had a beautiful, clean pool and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and soundproof, with a large desk for work. The quick check-in and check-out process, along with the gracious front desk staff, made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the text message check-in to ensure everything was going well. Thank you for the spacious King Suite upgrade from Genius program. Additionally, the 15% off coupon for a nearby restaurant was a nice touch.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! The staff at the front desk were genuinely friendly and helpful, making us feel well taken care of. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet, and we even had a great view to enjoy. The location was perfect, just minutes away from our friends and family. The breakfast in the morning was delicious, with homemade waffles that were a hit. We also loved the fact that there was a pool for our little ones to enjoy, and it was never crowded. the hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of service, cleanliness, and facilities.

Big sunny room

We absolutely loved our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. The room we had was spacious and filled with sunlight, making it a delightful space to relax in. The bathroom was especially impressive, with a huge jetted bathtub that added a touch of luxury to our stay. Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the windows allowed plenty of sunshine to pour in, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of parking, as we could briefly park in the entrance area to check in and our key gave us easy access to the parking ramp.

This hotel is a great value for money. The rooms are very comfortable, with all the amenities you need, like a walk-in shower and work space. The breakfast has many selections included.

There were some issues with the shower head spray and the shower floor being a bit slick. Additionally, the parking area was under construction, which made finding a parking spot a bit challenging.
