I truly appreciated the convenience of the database being accessible without having to go through security. the room that I stayed in was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. having the lazy river just outside my window was a fantastic added bonus, providing a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere.

this was a minor issue and did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the experience.

The swimming pools offered a refreshing break from the tropical heat, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food. the location was convenient to nearby attractions and amenities.

While overall we had a pleasant stay, there were a few minor issues that detracted from our experience. the noise level around the pool area could be quite high in the afternoons, making it difficult to fully relax.

We had a great stay at a hotel in Nusa Dua. The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The swimming pools were fantastic and provided a refreshing escape from the summer heat. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant in the garden was a delightful dining experience.

Even though there were a few minor issues during our stay, such as a few flies in the room upon arrival and a sewer smell in the bathroom, the staff quickly resolved them as soon as we brought it to their attention. These inconveniences didn't significantly affect our overall experience, but it's worth mentioning to help the hotel improve.

We had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities truly exceeded our expectations, especially the private facilities which were a great addition to our comfortable and spacious room. the restaurant served delicious food, and the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were a great place to relax. the hotel's location advantages were also noteworthy, with easy access to the nearby beach and plenty of sun loungers available in the garden area.

Delicious breakfast, convenient room service. Helpful, friendly staff. Clean facilities, cute towel animals. Family-friendly pools, activities, and kids club. Resort stay was enjoyable.
