I truly enjoyed my solo stay at this charming hotel. The location is ideal, as it's right in the town center, making it easy to explore local shops and access the waterfront. I appreciated the stunning views from my room, and the dining options nearby, particularly the local pub we found for dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay.

The lift was out of order, which made carrying luggage challenging.

i almost thought about giving a good review, but then remembered being told the chef would ask my partner about dessert while i waited for my main course. and to top it all off, i was given a tiny plate of ravioli instead of a proper meal. also, the cointreau served to me was more like cloudy lemonade. why was i not pampered?

hotel felt a bit tired and could use some updates. My room was adequate and clean, but lacked character. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the ferry and local shops. Overall, a decent stay, but there's room for improvement.

Good views from the rooms (the sea was beautiful! ) and the breakfast was solid (especially loved the fresh pastries). The staff were always polite and went out of their way to help.

Inconsistent service when accessing facilities!!! The shower design isn't ideal for everyone, especially the disabled!!! Limited hours of the bar create missed opportunities!!! Maintenance of common areas felt lacking!!! Communication around amenities could improve!!!

Had a nice 3 night stay! the sea view room was quite clean and comfy with beautiful sight over the harbor. The staff were super friendly and even the drinks were reasonably priced, which was a surprise!

During my stay, I was taken aback by the stunning sea views from my room. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety that'll appeal to all tastes. Plus, the friendly staff made every interaction a pleasure.

However, parking can be an issue since it's limited, so plan to arrive early. Also, some of the common areas felt a bit outdated, while the bathroom could use a touch of modernization.

We enjoyed our stay, especially the clean pool and comfortable beds, perfect for relaxing with our large family. The location made it easy to explore Oban, and we loved taking a short trip to a nearby whisky distillery for some fun tastings.

the bathroom had a urine odor which was unpleasant. however, the location was perfect, just a short walk to the shops, and the breakfast selection was extensive and delicious! staff showed genuine care when addressing our concerns. 😊

The family room in the annex was spacious and clean, with a lovely outdoor seating area that was perfect for enjoying the weather. Breakfast offered a delightful buffet with plenty of options, allowing everyone to find something they liked. However, the overall breakfast experience fell short due to cold food, insufficient serving utensils, and unkempt tables. Despite these issues, staff members were consistently friendly and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout the stay.

Just an appropriate option for a weekend trip in Oban with decent value for money. The room was quite big with nice drapes and a comfortable carpet, which added some charm. I saved quite a bit by looking around.

This place suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a lovely restaurant, and a comfortable bar/lounge area. I remember how the staff helped return my forgotten hairbrush during my first stay. I’m excited to come back for Easter!
