The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay, always going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and had easy access to the highway, making it convenient for getting around. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with attention to detail and a well-maintained environment that I appreciated.

The noise level was a bit too high for my liking, as I could hear guests walking upstairs throughout the night. Additionally, the room I booked was advertised as having two queen beds, but they seemed closer to full or double beds, which made the room feel a bit tight.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast buffet delicious, hotel clean, staff nice, grab bars and raised toilets convenient, lovely view.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was super clean, from the rooms to the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and professional, especially Kristina at the front desk. The location was great, not far from downtown Cleveland where we spent a lot of time. It was also close to many restaurants, including some amazing mom and pop places like Cannarys family restaurant. The breakfast provided a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries, eggs, and cereals. We loved the comfort height toilets and grab bar in the bathtub. The beds were comfortable and the towels were soft and large enough to wrap around us. the hotel facilities, parking, and transportation were all superb.

The location was perfect for our romantic escape, as it was close to downtown Cleveland where we spent most of our time. The breakfast options offered were excellent and we enjoyed trying different items each day. The cleanliness of the entire facility, from the parking lot to the rooms and bathrooms, was impressive.

We were disappointed that the pool was too small and shallow to enjoy any serious swimming. It would have been nice to have a jacuzzi to relax in after a long day of exploring.
