The location is perfect, situated in a beautiful residential neighborhood just outside of downtown. We loved the historic charm of the house and the meticulously manicured gardens. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious, with all the amenities we needed including a lovely sitting area and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, with a four-course meal presented beautifully. We also appreciated the welcome drink and the happy hour, where we got to enjoy some tasty snacks while mingling with other guests. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning bed and breakfast in a charming residential neighborhood just outside of Asheville. The beautifully appointed room was a perfect mix of classic charm and modern comfort. The attentive and genuine service from the staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast was beyond great, with delicious options like lemon pancakes. Additionally, being within walking distance of downtown Asheville and its great restaurants was a huge bonus.

We did encounter some mobility issues in the room, which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

I stayed in the Dogwood Room in the turret and had a great night's sleep. The location is perfect, just a short walk from downtown and close to popular restaurants. The innkeepers were very welcoming and the breakfast was delicious. The other guest rooms were also impeccable. I highly recommend this bed and breakfast. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be returning.

We had a truly relaxing stay at the Black Walnut B&B Inn. The Magnolia room was large and cozy, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast, especially the stuffed French toast, was exceptional. The beautiful property and meticulous gardens added to the overall charm. I would highly recommend this inn for a memorable Asheville getaway.

We had the most enchanting weekend at a charming B&B in a picturesque neighborhood. The snowfall made it feel like a scene from a Christmas card. The service, food, and ambiance were exceptional. We felt truly at home thanks to the warm hospitality of the owners. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and downtown Asheville nearby. Highly recommended!

The rooms at this B&B were absolutely lovely, with luxurious furnishings and a comfortable bed. the bathroom was well designed, with plenty of counter space and high, end soaps and lotions. I also appreciated that the inn was pet, friendly, which worked well with my two small elderly dogs. Additionally, the location of the inn was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

One small downside was the limited breakfast timing, with a short window between 8:30 and 9:30 am. It would have been nice to have a bit more flexibility in terms of when breakfast was served.
