I must say, my recent stay at this hotel was fantastic! The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous. Even though there was a mix-up with my reservation, they quickly resolved the issue and even gave me a discount on my room. Best customer service ever!

My stay at this hotel was very convenient and enjoyable. the location was perfect as it was within walking distance of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. This was ideal for me as I needed to be close to the university hospital. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to The Union made it easy to explore and grab a bite to eat. Secondly, the staff provided great service throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. Despite some areas appearing slightly dated, the rooms were clean and cozy.

Minor improvements could be made regarding some aspects of the hotel.
