I got great value for my money at Hampton Inn in Gastonia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, even allowing my grandmother to stay an extra hour after check-out time.

The morning meal could be improved with more variety or options.

This hotel has great value for money as it offers many amenities such as a pool and breakfast included. Its location is also ideal as it's close to nearby restaurants and everything you need in the Charlotte area.

The pool was a highlight, providing a great place to relax and cool off. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the lady running it was kind and kept everything well stocked and clean. The hotel's convenient location, with Texas Roadhouse right next door, was an added bonus.

The location of this hotel is excellent; it is very close to the city center and all the main sights in Palermo. The hotel facilities are modern and well-kept, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, with daily cleaning and a kind and attentive housekeeping staff. The staff, especially Gianmarco, was extremely helpful and accommodating, providing swift check-in and arranging taxis whenever needed. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to major city buses and a shuttle bus to the beach made transportation very convenient. We also appreciated the complementary coffee and sweet snacks provided.

I loved the hotel. It was very clean and well maintained. the staff is friendly and very helpful. the room and the bed was very comfortable. I really liked to be able to check-in and pick my room before we got there along with using the digital key. What a great convenience. the breakfast ladies were great! My boys learned their names, Lily and Becky, because they were so nice and accommodating. We had stay here during evacuation from Hurricane Matthew, and it was so nice to be able to relax during this time. Also, they were so great to let us bring our dog along.
