During my stay at Hampton Inn Charlotte-Gastonia, I found the staff exceptionally welcoming and attentive. They helped with my luggage and provided excellent recommendations for nearby dining options. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, allowing for a restful night's sleep.

The hot breakfast items were not as impressive.

No faults whatsoever

However, the elevator was a real pain—it rattled and swayed like it wanted to drop us off at the ground floor. The shower in our room wasn't the cleanest, sporting long brown hairs on the wall, which was less than ideal. Also, the bed left something to be desired. it was rather uncomfortable, and those tiny pillows weren't helping. Plus, the lack of vending machines meant we were resorting to overpriced canned sodas at the front desk, which felt a bit cheap for the rate we paid.

The king study room was impressively spacious and clean, providing a cozy atmosphere for relaxation. Breakfast featured tasty options, including marmalade that complemented the toast perfectly, adding a delightful touch. However, the limited fruit selection during breakfast left something to be desired. Additionally, the elevator was frustratingly slow, causing delays during busy periods. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was enjoyable, and the staff’s friendliness truly enhanced the stay.

The elevator experience was alarming, and I’d highly suggest fixing the cleanliness of the shower!!! Additionally, it would be nice to offer vending machines instead of those overpriced canned sodas at the front desk. The room rates are just too high!!!

We had a great experience staying in the Executive King Room with Sofa Bed. The breakfast offered a good variety and was well-stocked. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing us with a 10% off coupon for Texas Roadhouse nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, enhancing our stay.

Breakfast offered a great variety, including fresh farm-to-table products, and the staff kept the area clean and well-stocked. Ease of access to nearby dining and stores contributed to a relaxing atmosphere, though some areas felt somewhat dated and could use a refresh. However, the courteous staff ensured we had everything we needed during our stay.

the parking lot is well-lit and safe, giving good peace of mind. the internet connection was a bit slow at times, making it hard to stream shows.

I had such a nice stay! The room was super clean, and guess what, the breakfast was actually hot and really tasty. Plus, the staff was so nice, always smiling and chatting a bit. The only thing was that the elevator was kinda slow—felt like it took forever sometimes. Still, perfect getaway!
