We loved the location of the hotel, as it was directly in the center and close to everything we wanted or needed. It was conveniently located near city attractions in downtown. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, providing excellent service. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

Small rooms - cramped for two people with limited space for luggage. Lack of maintenance - bathroom could use some upkeep and the thermostat in the room couldn't be adjusted, resulting in an uncomfortable sleeping environment.

The bathroom door was a bit inconvenient as it was a sliding pocket door and didn't offer much privacy. , the heating system stopped working in the room during our stay, which made it a bit chilly.
