Positive aspects of my stay at a hotel near Universal Orlando: Excellent staff, convenient location, comfortable beds, great breakfast options, helpful front desk.

Nothing for me.

The location was very convenient, close to Universal, with easy access even during traffic. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even going as far as ensuring I had the pillows I requested. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated that the staff promptly addressed any issues, like replacing a faulty toaster. a great experience that exceeded my expectations.

The room was spacious with two queen beds, and it had convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the hotel was well-located, close to Universal Studios and with affordable cab options. Plus, the staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Housekeeping missed cleaning our room on two consecutive days, which was disappointing. the breakfast options became repetitive, and the turkey sausages were not enjoyable.
