I had a fantastic time at this hotel as it was just a short walk to Universal Studios and offered numerous dining options like Carrabba's and Taco Bell just around the corner, making it super convenient for my explorations. the staff was also very friendly and helped make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

this hotel was absolutely disappointing! the air condtioner in our room was so luod it could have hosted a rock concert. not to mention the pool was basically a debris party, and where's my welcome gift? i almost considered giving a good review, but the lack of basic comfort made that impossible, so here we are, stuck at a measly 3 stars.
