Positive aspects of my stay at a hotel near Universal Orlando: Excellent staff, convenient location, comfortable beds, great breakfast options, helpful front desk.

The location was very convenient, close to Universal, with easy access even during traffic. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, even going as far as ensuring I had the pillows I requested. The room was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was delicious. I also appreciated that the staff promptly addressed any issues, like replacing a faulty toaster. a great experience that exceeded my expectations.

As early risers, we loved that the Hampton Inn provided a free shuttle service to and from the theme parks. The proximity to Universal Orlando, just a short 5-minute drive or an affordable $8 cab ride, made our mornings stress-free. The daily breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a good selection of options including beagles and a waffle machine. The hotel's cleanliness and attention to detail left us satisfied, and we were thankful for the microwave and refrigerator in our room.

The room was spacious with two queen beds, and it had convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. the hotel was well-located, close to Universal Studios and with affordable cab options. Plus, the staff was friendly and always ready to help.

Housekeeping missed cleaning our room on two consecutive days, which was disappointing. the breakfast options became repetitive, and the turkey sausages were not enjoyable.

For us it was ideal.

This hotel is amazing! It's located very close to the Universal park, shopping areas, and restaurants. The rooms are clean with fresh towels, comfortable beds, and nice linens. The service of the staff is outstanding, as they are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is also great with complimentary goodies included.

None of the reviews have a clear negative aspect, but some guests suggested that the soundproofing could be better to avoid the noise from the nearby road.
