the parking was a bit tricky (definitely not ideal for heavy snowfall! ). however, the rooftop hot tubs were spectacular, especially at night! the rooms were updated and clean, and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The sauna after a chilly day was the bomb, ja! Super comfy beds made for a lekker sleep, and the food at the in-house restaurant? Top-notch! Underground parking was such a win, no snow dramas to deal with.

Only downside was those outdoor walkways to the rooms, meant bundling up for food runs or dips, but it wasn't a train smash.

Wicked cozy spot with a fantastic rooftop hot tub, right? I mean, enjoying that view while soaking was unbelievable! The lobby's all warm with the fireplace, perfect for chillin’ after a long day. Plus, the staff was super helpful—they even hooked us up with gondola tickets. Definitely coming back, especially for that vibe and those views.

the rooftop pools and hot tubs offer stunning mountain views! i loved relaxing by the fire pit with a drink from the lovely bar! the restaurant downstairs had tasty breakfast options (just missing ketchup). staff were super attentive, helping us book excursions and providing free bus passes!

It was a good pick for a break on our long journey in Banff with great value for the price. The underground parking was super convenient, especially after a day of skiing. If you're driving, take advantage of the free Roam passes to explore the area easily.
