We loved everything about this place! The location is absolutely perfect, with everything in the French Quarter within walking distance. We were right between Bourbon and Canal, so we had easy access to all the excitement, but were far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The service was top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff was always friendly and helpful, providing us with wake-up calls and even offering pet amenities. They also offered tours and ticket assistance, which was a great help for exploring the city. The room itself was so comfortable, with cozy bathrobes and all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The patio and garden furniture added a nice touch, and we appreciated having in-room air conditioning. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

As women travelling alone, we felt truly looked after at Hyatt Centric. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing great advice for tours and activities. The location was ideal, with restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bar served delicious, well-made drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from the valet to the front desk and restaurant staff, were all wonderful and a pleasure to interact with. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was impeccable. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was right off Bourbon Street, with plenty of great restaurants and clubs nearby. Additionally, the hotel was near Canal, where I found shops, a liquor store, the river walk, and even a casino.

I stayed at Hyatt in NOLA and it was excellent! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were spacious, modern, and well-appointed. The hotel has a lovely courtyard view and a great coffee/breakfast cafe. It is located close enough to Bourbon Street for easy access to the action, but far enough away for a peaceful sleep. The location is also convenient for visiting other parts of the city with the nearby streetcars.

I experienced delays and poor service, which made me choose to not use the hotel's restaurant or bar again.
