We had a fantastic stay at Hampton Inn West! The room was clean and comfortable, equipped with a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. We really enjoyed the breakfast, which had a great selection to start our day off right. The vibe of the place was warm and inviting, making it easy for us to relax after our day out exploring.

I enjoyed my stay. The coffee area was very clean and the coffee was good. The check-in staff even helped me with my bags in the freezing cold. The housekeeping and kitchen staff were memorable for their kindness. I can't wait to return! 😊

this hotel was an absolute letdown. the elevator was out—like, seriously? and the tub in my handicap accessible room was a joke. oh, and after all that, i expected at least a little discount for my trouble, but no, just blank stares from the staff. almost woudl ve been a good review, just couldn’t.

The heating system was a bit outdated.

The gentleman at check-in was super helpful, even carrying my bags through the freezing cold. I loved relaxing by the warm pool and hanging out in the comfy leisure room. Just a heads up, the bathroom could use a little update, but overall, it was a solid stay! 😊
