The location is prime, right down the block from the KFC Yum Center. The parking garage across the street is convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a trendy design. There are a variety of restaurants within walking distance. The staff at check-in, particularly the girl, were friendly. The valet service was great and quick to retrieve our car when needed. The bartender at the wxyz bar was excellent.

The service was fantastic, with helpful employees and lots of great amenities, like dry cleaning and shops/commercial services. Our room was clean and had everything we needed, from a safe to a flat-screen tv. We also enjoyed the fitness studio and sauna!
