The hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, and we especially appreciated the little touches like the availability of coffee, evening cookies, and snacks. The sitting area with the fireplace added a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Jaz, the front desk staff, was incredibly helpful and made sure we didn't have to switch rooms during our stay. The spacious, quiet, and clean room was a great place to relax, and the breakfast options, including fresh cut fruit. The breakfast staff person was also delightful.

Stayed at a lovely hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. the free breakfast was great and the lobby area was beautiful. the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. East Aurora is a charming village with many shops and restaurants. the Hampton Inn provided a clean room with a good-sized fridge and microwave for extra convenience.

The room temperature was a bit difficult to control, as the hallway seemed warmer than the actual room. Additionally, the library could use a few more books for adults, as the selection was limited.

I absolutely loved the old-world charm of this hotel. The fireplace in the lobby added a touch of coziness, and the complimentary hot breakfast was a delicious start to the day. Plus, the 24-hour gym gave me the perfect excuse to indulge in extra desserts!

Such a shame they didn't have any crystal slippers or velvet robes available for me to wear. How disappointing!

The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a half block away from the charming Main Street shops and restaurants. It's also in great proximity to the hockey rink. The breakfast options were excellent, with a variety of hot and cold choices. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
