The hotel is perfectly located down the hill in a quiet area, yet convenient to the historical district. The rooms are very clean and have excellent amenities such as mini fridge and microwave. The bathroom is well-lit and has hot water. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the newly renovated hotel has a lovely pool area.

One staff member seemed to have an attitude issue towards guests taking food back to their rooms during breakfast, which can be frustrating for those who want to enjoy their meal in the comfort of their own room.
