I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean, with lots of extra towels and pillows. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The hotel is a bit older, and our room remained humid despite the air conditioning being on. Additionally, the cleaning staff took our towels without replacing them, and we noticed a spilled coffee stain on the mattress cover that went unnoticed until we were leaving.

Rooms were available during a severe ice storm. the staff was accommodating and arranged for our rooms to be close together. the location was convenient, with nearby restaurants and a Walmart. the beds were extremely comfortable.

There were issues with cleanliness and maintenance in the rooms, such as dried urine around the toilet rim and a hole in the wall. There was also a smell in the room.
