I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Grover Beach for a quick one-night stay. The room was perfect, with just a few spider webs in the corners and on the balcony. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient, close to numerous restaurants and even a grocery store. The employee who checked us in and out made us feel welcome and even gave us complimentary water bottles. I also loved that all the rooms had balconies, adding a nice touch to our stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the spacious bed and bathroom at the hotel. the bed was big and very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's location was ideal, with easy access to key attractions in the area. I enjoyed being able to explore nearby beaches and restaurants without having to travel too far. Lastly, the front desk staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service throughout my stay.

One downside of my experience was the condition of the room. the carpeting was dirty and in need of cleaning or replacement, which made it unpleasant to walk on barefoot.

We especially enjoyed the hot tub, although the pool was a bit chilly for our liking. Nevertheless, watching our kids brave the cold water provided some hilarious entertainment. Throughout our stay, I was impressed by the soundproofing of the rooms, as I couldn't hear any noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway. The location was also great as we didn't experience much traffic noise. The employees were all friendly and accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless. The complimentary breakfast was decent, although it would be nice to see some variety in the menu every few days. Lastly, I appreciated the blackout curtains that completely covered the sliding glass door in our room, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The breakfast was good, and the TV service was Spectrum. The hotel was conveniently located just off Hwy 101, with easy access to the main surface streets. The beach was close by, making our trip even better.

The entrance and exit to the hotel were a bit complicated and could be dangerous during busy times. the internet connection was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to watch movies or connect to the internet consistently.
