The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. They made sure we knew where everything was and were very thorough in their explanations. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and there were plenty of seating options in the dining room. Additionally, the hotel offered free Wi-Fi which was a great advantage.

It took twice as long to shower because of the lack of pressure, which was really frustrating after spending the day exploring the city. This was the worst aspect of our stay.

We recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Ellsworth for a quick getaway. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The TV had a great variety of stations, including a movie channel that we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast selection was impressive, starting early at 6am, and offered a generous variety of items. The staff, especially Dawn at the front desk, were friendly, professional, and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The pool and whirlpool were a big hit for my daughter's birthday celebration, and the staff readily provided us with extra towels whenever we needed them.
