We stayed at Hampton Inn for one night and it was perfect for our daily plans. The location was ideal and the price was fair, including free breakfast and parking. The rooms were a decent size, with a comfortable chair and a good selection of TV channels. We loved the convenience of having a shop in the lobby to buy snacks and drinks. Ordering takeout from the menu in the information book and having it brought to our room was a great touch after a long day in the car. The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Secondly, the soap with nubs was a thoughtful addition, preventing it from getting mushy and ensuring a refreshing wash. Additionally, we appreciated the hotel's location, which was conveniently close to the entrance of Shenendoah National Park.

Our experience was marred by the fact that smoking was allowed in several rooms on our floor. the offensive smell and health hazards were a major downside.

Great room size, free coffee and hot drinks, close to Shenandoah and city center, nearby McDonald's and gas station. Good TV, plenty of parking, clean rooms, comfortable bedding, friendly staff. Enjoyed the pool and the helpfulness of Ms. Doris. Beds were comfortable, great for travelers with children.

Rooms were cold, even after changing rooms. HVAC unit blew cool air throughout the night.
