The layout of the room was perfect for our needs, especially the bedroom with a beautiful view of the marina. We enjoyed waking up and seeing the kayakers on the river, it was a truly peaceful experience. The restaurant had delicious food and the bar was a great spot to relax by the water. We loved that we could easily put our own boat in the marina or rent one for a reasonable price. The hotel may not be fancy, but it has its own charm and character that we appreciated. we had a nice weekend getaway and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

Ease of check, in and friendly staff made my stay hassle, free. the on, site restaurant with entertainment was a great feature. I enjoyed the menu variety and the quality of the food. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to manatee viewing trips and scallop hunting. I also appreciated the availability of rentals, such as kayaks, which added to the overall experience.

The facilities were in need of renovation, with peeling paint and outdated decor. the parking area was tight, making it a bit challenging.

The renovated side of the property offers perfect bay views. The tiki bar and restaurant on-site are a nice addition. The staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The peaceful environment adds to the overall experience.

We loved the enchanting views of King's Bay and the sunset from our room, 221. The boardwalk along the seawall provided a relaxing stroll, and the hotel's old Florida feel made it stand out from cookie-cutter hotels. The Ale House restaurant served delicious and generous portions of coconut shrimp, with prompt and attentive service. We were thrilled to be able to launch our kayaks from the hotel's boat ramp and have close encounters with manatees. And to top it off, we discovered that Elvis once stayed here while filming Follow That Dream.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

The view from our room was amazing, overlooking the river. We could see kayakers and even manatees right from our balcony. the location was perfect, with a boat ramp right by the hotel for easy access to kayaking and boating. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were helpful and made us feel welcome.

The room carpet had a stinky and stained odor, which was not pleasant. Additionally, the table in the room fell off the wall and caused a small injury.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close enough to everywhere I needed to be. The view from my room was incredible, with a large balcony overlooking the river. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. The rooms may be a bit old-fashioned, but they were clean and well-maintained. And the prices were very reasonable, offering great value for money. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

Everything was fine, no improvements needed.

I had a fantastic stay! The location was perfect, right on the river bank. The hotel facilities were great, with boats and kayaks available to rent. The parking was ample, and I loved how close the hotel was to the pier where we met our manatee trip guide. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to everything we wanted or needed. The staff was friendly and helpful.
