We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. The property was clean and well-maintained. We appreciated the convenient parking and the excellent service at the front desk. This was particularly important to us as we had elderly family members with us. The breakfast was also enjoyable, adding to our comfortable stay. The hotel's location near a variety of restaurants made it very convenient for us.

I recently stayed at Hampton Inn in Attalla for a business trip and I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is perfect, with everything I needed within easy reach. I enjoyed a delicious dinner at Ruby Tuesday, which was just a short walk away, and there was a Walmart nearby for any last-minute shopping. The breakfast bar was outstanding, offering a great variety of options. The staff was exceptional, accommodating our group of 8 with connecting rooms and an extra bed. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillows. The hospitality of the staff, from the greeting team to the room cleaners, was top-notch. a fantastic experience.

Great location near the interstate and easy to find. the pool was a nice amenity to relax and unwind after a long day of travel. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when I had a small maintenance issue with the toilet. They allowed me to fix it myself using their spare parts, and even surprised me with a goody bag as a token of appreciation. This level of service made me feel valued as a guest.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the heating unit in my room was quite noisy and made it difficult for me to get a good night's sleep.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere for a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. The complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious items, and the lobby and breakfast area were beautifully designed. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities like a guest laundry area, fitness center, and a spacious business center.

The breakfast was amazing, especially the vegetable omelette and sausage patties cooked by the friendly and welcoming young lady. the hotel was also very safe and clean, with all CDC guidelines in place. Another plus point was the great location, which made it easy to explore the city.

Housekeeping came early every morning, which was a bit inconvenient. Lastly, we were not aware of the $25 per night hold for damages, which should have been communicated to us earlier.
