The staff were exceptionally accommodating, providing free amenities after a traumatic incident. The breakfast options were satisfying, and the cleaning staff always greeted us with kindness, making us feel truly welcome during our stay.

the shower head was absolutely horrendous, barely any water pressure, and the a/c unit practically had its own identity with how loud it was. i was just expecting a simple room upgrade as compensation for these inconveniences, but apparently, that's too much to ask at this 'prestigious' place. almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

I found the Hampton Inn in Gadsden to be a solid choice during my brief stay. The fitness center was impressively equipped, and the breakfast offered a good variety. On the downside, the air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud and could interfere with sleep. Great for families and convenient for a quick stop.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds and loved the comfortable beds and pillows that made for a restful night. The location was close to my supplier and convenient for dinner in town, which made my trip even more enjoyable. I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room and the kind hospitality from both the front desk staff and the room cleaners!

The pool is disappointingly small and looked cloudy, the A/C unit was quite loud, and the shower head lacked the necessary water pressure!!! An upgrade could make a big difference here.

Location was excellent, close to my supplier and town for dinner. Enjoyable clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Simple check-in process. The breakfast bar had many options, including grab-n-go foods. Staff were accommodating and helpful during my stay.

The chommies at the front desk were so welcoming, Beca made us feel right at home! The beds were seriously lekker, we had such a solid night's sleep after the bike show. Also, brekkie was on point—soft eggs and warm biscuits!

Plus, the location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants nearby and quick access to the interstate. The breakfast options are delicious, and I always feel welcomed by the friendly staff!

This place suits me perfectly with great internet access, free parking, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I’ll never forget how the staff helped me find my lost ring on my first stay. They even handled bad weather with care! Highly recommended for anyone visiting. I’m coming back for a business trip.
